During the program at AIIMS Rishikesh, PM Modi inaugurated 35 Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Plants set up under PM CARES Fund in 35 states and union territories.

Addressing the people at the event, PM Modi said that the Center is providing all possible help to the state government for the progress of Uttarakhand, and added that this “double engine” of development will take it to new heights.
