Mumbai: The bail plea of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, will be heard today. Aryan was remanded in the custody of NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) till 7 October. However, if reports are to be believed, the Anti-Narcotics Agency is likely to see extended custody of Shah Rukh Khan’s son. Aryan Khan was sent to NCB custody along with Arbaaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha on 4 October. In that previous hearing, the NCB argued in court that it was important to investigate a ‘person using drugs’ to finance these suppliers. At that time, the court had noted that “the investigation is of prime importance. It is useful for the prosecution and the accused to prove their innocence.” Also Read – After Aryan Khan’s Arrest, Sherlyn Chopra Claims Cocaine Snatched By Bollywood Star Wives At Shah Rukh Khan’s Party | Watch

He has been arrested on the basis of chat only,” Maneshinde said. “Whatever chats they had, NCB had two days to investigate. Have they got anything? It is not a matter of further custody,” the lawyer had said. Also read- Aryan Khan asked for science books in NCB custody
