New Delhi:

Looks like the shooting schedule of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi’s new film with director Sriram Raghavan has been postponed once again. In an interview with ETimes, Sriram Raghavan revealed that the set of the film, which was remade in Mumbai’s Film City in Goregaon, has been moved due to the delayed schedule – the film was supposed to start in September. The publication quoted Sriram Raghavan as saying, “The construction on the sets had begun, but we pulled it down as our October dates were shifted due to the pandemic.” However, it is speculated that the shooting of the new film was postponed and the sets were eventually removed as Katrina Kaif reportedly handed her October dates. Tiger 3.

Meanwhile, Sriram Raghavan said that the film’s dates were shifted from September as the team did not get permission for late night shoots: “Well, we had to start in mid-September and then in October with another schedule. Had to go ahead. We didn’t. Get permission to shoot as most of our shooting has to be done at night as per the requirements of the film.”

Katrina Kaif had gone out of Mumbai in August for the shooting schedule of the film Tiger 3. The film, directed by Maneesh Sharma, was shot in locations in Russia, Turkey and Austria. Both Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif flew to Mumbai last month – the actress is said to have met her family in London before touching down in the Maximum City.

Earlier this year, Sriram Raghavan’s film got postponed as Katrina Kaif was diagnosed with COVID-19 in April. Vijay Sethupathi then told Spotboye, “We were supposed to start shooting from April 15. But Katrina caught Corona. Hence, the shooting schedule has been called off.”
